- By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood the terms of services. Upon violation, you will be blacklisted.- Commissions are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE unless I can't accomplish it.- Commissions are NOT on a first-come-first-serve basis.- In the case of rush commissions, additional fees will be charged. Let me know upfront if you're looking to have a commission finished within a short and strict deadline.- I have the right to refuse your commission for any personal reason I may have.- I have the right to use commissioned work to be included as part of my samples or portfolio.- Credits to my profile should be clearly stated in the description of your SNS posts.- A maximum of 3 major revisions can be made for free before I start charging accordingly. (minor ones e.g. font change, asset replacement, color correction don't count)- I accept payments through Ko-fi or (preferably) PayPal invoices.- Payment plans can be negotiated. If you also have a specific budget, we can discuss how to work around it!.

COMMERCIAL USE:

- Videos made for commercial use will be charged up to +100% more than the original fee.- Commissions will be considered commercial if my work will be used for direct revenue gain. This includes:
• profiting from my work on streaming platforms through ads, memberships, donations, superchats, etc.
• posting my work on monetization platforms such as Patreon, Ko-fi, etc.- Commissions with an NDA will incur an additional +20% charge on the initial price.
